
Saptamanile trecute am fost la un eveniment foarte interesant - Master Plan 2007 - hai sa-i spune pe… strategie. Inca o data, m-am convins ca speakerii nostri sau intelegerea industriei este la mare departare de care e gandirea de afara. Mai mult ma ingrijoreaza ca daca speakerii actuali - care sunt scosi in fata la mai toate evenimentele de gen - sunt la nivelul asta, inseamna ca restul sunt chiar mai jos… ntz ntz ntz… in fine, vroiam sa va zic doar cateva vorbe de duh despre brand (ale unui foarte tare speaker strainez) notate de mine intr-o sala de la Marriott, pe cand rontaiam la niste croisante cu glazura si ma gandeam la vacanta:
- understand the power of word of mouth - people still trust in humans and their experiences.
- give people stories to tell - one whisper can conquer a thousand cries; no stories to tell? ask the customers!!!
- the consumer: “give me stories that make my conversation more interesting”;
- 54% of US consumers avoid the products which overhelmes with advertising;
- 69% of consumers says emotions drives their buying experience;
- consumers are expecting in a product an exact match of their search;
- if your brand has negative ambassadors, don’t try winning new customers - you’ll go more negative among the other brands;
- a brand communicates every time it touches a consumer;
- rules of storytellers: make it something i can talk about; be fun, credible and memorable; something I can easely tell others; be true, so I don’t look like a liar;
- diamonds are in fact just well promoted luxury coal.
Da, o sa ziceti - le stim si noi, sunt destul de vechi, par logice. Pacat ca nu le prea aplicam, chiar daca le cunoastem. O fi asta pentru ca suntem tot… oameni?
